UREA grew from a Neighborhood Assembly model led by young women and men. We support rehabilitation, reconstruction, human rights, and socio-economic wellbeing in communities facing poverty, SGBV, early marriage, drug abuse, and climate challenges.

UREA is governed by an Executive Board of Directors with five members (2 females, 3 males). The board oversees policy, compliance, finance, human resources, and social welfare while the Executive Director and senior management guide day-to-day operations.
